FAQ's

DELIVERY
+ Delivering Mon-Sat (excluding Public holidays)
+ Delivery is made by 5pm (unless prior specified)
+ All arrangements are delivered in a water base - We recommend placing bouquets in a vase with fresh water for longevity.
If recipient is not home, orders will be left at the door and a photo of delivery will be sent to recipient.
If we cannot gain access to property/building, we will contact recipient and/or sender before taking it back to the studio.
Recipient may be asked to pay an additional delivery fee if there is no safe place to leave it on the first attempt or due to a wrong address given.
